Does The Snoring Chin Strap Actually Work?  Are There Better Products Available?

So, does the snoring chin strap actually work?  Of all the snoring products available online and off I can honestly say the ths snoring solution chin strap that I purchased completely cured my snoring the first night I wore it.

I suffered from snoring for many years. And my snoring not only effected me but it also effected my wife.  We would wake up in the morning feeling like we hadn’t slept at all.  When you snore you constantly wake yourself up at night without even realizing it.  This takes a hard toll on your body.  It makes you tired, depressed, sick, angry, unable to concentrate, and can even lead to cancer and heart disease.

So my wife and I decided to do something about it.  We decided we would try every single snoring health product available.  We tried the snoring spray, the snoring pillow, the nasal strips, the mouthpiece, even the snoring ring.

Of all the products we tested the snoring chin strap by far worked the best.

The Pillow

The pillow that I bought was really hard and didn’t keep my head in the position it was supposed to keep it in.  For the pillow to work your head has to be in the right position so that your airway is opened up and nothing is blocking it to make you snore.  The problem is is that I roll sometimes at night and when I rolled I would roll right off the pillow.

The Mouthpiece

The mouthpiece I bought kept falling out of my mouth at night.  When it fell out I would immediately go back to snoring.  It also made me drool a lot which woke me up and made me go through quite a few pillow cases each week.

The Spray

The spray didn’t really work and didn’t taste very good.  I only tried one brand of sprays so I can’t be sure that they all don’t work.  I just know that the one I tested (for about a week) didn’t really work that well for me.

The Nasal Strips

The nasal strips did absolutely nothing for me.  I suppose if the cause of my snoring was nasal congestion then maybe I could see how it would work.  But from my testing these did absolutely nothing.

The Ring

I don’t even know why I bothered buying this thing.  It’s actually a joke between my wife and I now.  I don’t know why I would think a ring on my finger would end my snoring.  I guess I just wanted to see if it would work.  It didn’t.

The Snoring Chin Strap

I bought several of the snoring treatment chin straps and they all worked well but one stood out head and shoulders above the rest.  The My Snoring Solutions chin strap worked wonders for me.  It is by far the best chin strap that I tried.  It is a little more expensive than some of the others but just like everything in this world, you get what you pay for.
